Can Warbear's Bite reduce the damage an enemy deals to other heroes, including in a chain attack?

Yes. Warbear may play Bite to reduce an attack aimed at another hero, as long as the adjacency condition is met. Replies also said that in a chain attack it applies to all affected heroes, since the effect picks and ignores one card.
