Can a companion's Throwing Knives, which hit up to three enemies, be thrown at different dice of one large monster to break several dice at once?

Question

Accepted Answer

No. Each knife targets the same monster, so the knives cannot split across its separate hit points. Only cards whose text explicitly allows multiple targeting of one creature, such as Ice Spike, can do that.
