Does the Robot roll Noise when it moves, and can it explore?
The rulebook states this directly.

No. The Robot never makes a Noise roll and may not explore an Unexplored Corridor. The only exception is the Exploration Robot, which can explore (the rulebook says it could make a Noise roll in that case).
