When do I lose Oxygen and take Fire damage?

At the end of each of your Turns, after your 2 Actions (or Pass), not per Action. You lose 1 Oxygen if you are in a Section with an Inactive Life Support System, and 1 Health if your Room has Fire. A Turn in which you Pass counts too, and entering a burning Room does not hurt until your Turn ends there.
