Can I Move Cautiously into a Room with an Intruder, or to one that can't be Secured?

You can move, but no Secure token can be placed in a Room with an Intruder or in a Room that can't be Secured (like the Nest), so the extra card is wasted. Moving cautiously also cannot be created from a card that just moves you.
