What can I still do with a Weapon that has a Malfunction marker?

Its Shoot, Burst and text cannot be used, and it has no icons. Tactical Gear tokens on it (such as Grenades) can still be used. Per the FAQ as relayed by the French edition manager, its Ammo cannot be spent for other card effects.
