How do Solo/Coop Mission Tasks work, and can Tasks 3 and 11 coexist?

All Tasks must be fulfilled and at least one Character must survive. Tasks 3 and 11 (Closedown and Shutdown) conflict, so if both are drawn, discard one and draw another. Duplicate same-requirement Tasks need that many Characters to do it.
