Yes. Closed Doors block access to anything but Noise markers on the far side, so you cannot Burst or Move through a Corridor behind one until the Door is Opened or Destroyed. Adjacent still counts for Rooms and Corridors. Reinforcing across a Closed Door is less clear: some players read it as blocked, others as allowed.
