A Section with its Power token blue gets four benefits: you Shoot with the Advantage die, Computer Actions work, Characters there are not in Darkness, and its Noise is cleared in the Event Phase. Without Power, Darkness effects on Event and Attack cards apply and Encounters use the higher token number. Room Actions do not need Power, except the Elevator, which must be powered to be called or used.
