How does the Victory Check work and do I need to pass every step?
If at least one Character survived, reveal the Active Contingency and apply it to the living, then each living Character scans for Contamination, then Objectives are checked. You must survive every step and complete your chosen Objective to win; the checks do not override one another. There can be several winners or none.
