Can the Sentry's SMG discard more than 1 or 2 Ammo in one Shoot Action?
No. The SMG's option is exactly 1 or 2 Ammo in total for the Shoot, not extra on top of the normal discard. You choose the number before rolling, roll one die per Ammo spent and check Injuries after each die. Spent Ammo is not refunded if the target escapes.
