Can the Intruder bag run out of tokens, and what do killed Intruders do to it?
Practically no. Killed Intruders go back to the pool of available tokens and can be put in the bag again, and Bag Development keeps adding Adults. Tokens are not tracked per miniature, so you never remove the token that spawned a killed Intruder. You would only run short if almost every Adult, Breeder and the Queen were on the board at once.
