How do I resolve an Event card with an upper effect and a Darkness effect?
Several players agree; there is no official ruling.

First move the matching Intruders, then resolve the upper text for everyone it concerns, then apply the Darkness part to Characters who are in Darkness at that point. The parts are independent: the Darkness part applies whether or not the upper text affected the Character, and a Wound from the upper text that creates Darkness (such as the EYES wound) makes it apply.
