When can I enter a CSS Pod, and what happens if the Pod does not launch?

Use the CSS Room Action while the Time token sits on a space with a CSS token and the Pod space is empty. You discard your hand, pass, and are placed in the Pod, where game effects no longer affect you (no Noise rolls, and Serious Wound card effects do not apply). If your Pod is not launched, you return to the CSS Room with 1 Serious Wound. A Malfunction in the Room blocks entry.
