How do the Carnomorph Help cards fit the setup, and can Carnomorphs be played co-op?

Draw the numbered base Help cards first, give the inventory holder by that number, and only then swap each basic Help card for the Carnomorph one. Co-op works with the Solo/Co-op Objectives deck, because the expansion's rules cover only Corporate and Personal Objectives. In the expansion the first Carnomorph on the board triggers the Objective discard.
