How does the Bounty Hunter start in Lockdown, and how do Laika and his objectives work?

He starts with eight Action cards: Determination and This Was a Good Dog are not in his starting deck (per a support reply), and each goes on top of the deck when its quest is done. He does not use his Aftermath Trait card, so Laika cannot be used even if she is found alive. He draws objectives normally and may look for Laika in the Repository; flipping his random Quest Item reveals whether she is alive. Completing his special objective replaces his regular ones. In co-op there are no Personal or Corporate objectives, so his objective only changes if he checks on Laika. One player notes he can win by revenge even if he dies.
