The Cooling System Room Action places the Autodestruction token 3 spaces ahead of the Time token, yellow side up, and the Power Generator can still discard it. When the Time token reaches it, in the Event Phase, it moves 3 more spaces and flips red, opening the Main Gate. The Facility explodes in the Event Phase when the Time token reaches that red token, killing everyone inside, including in the Isolation Room.
