Can I attack an Egg in the Nest while an Intruder is in the Room?
Yes, with a Shoot or Melee attack, which is an in-Combat action. Taking an Egg with the Nest's Room Action is not possible then, as Room Actions need the Room free of Intruders. When the last Egg is destroyed the Nest is destroyed.
