What from Nemesis: Aftermath works in Lockdown?
Only the Aftermath characters, and they need the Lockdown Stretch Goals box for compatible Quest Items, with two of them needing its Action cards. Most lose their Traits and starting items (only the Android keeps hers). Aftermath room tiles do not work, as they are marked 2 rather than II, and the shuttle, turrets, new Event and Alert cards and crafted items are not compatible. Two new Serious Wounds can be mixed in. Their printed crafting tables are replaced by the Lockdown crafting helper cards, and there is no Lockdown-format Aftermath character board.
