Colony Tiles

The sheet shows a picture of each tile beside its powers. The sheet labels both first-level tiles "Level I"; they are numbered here as the first and second Level I tile only for reference, in the order printed.

Level I (first tile)

Tile art: a food cube with an arrow to a 2 victory-point icon, marked 1X; a mushroom hex with an arrow to a food cube.

  • Worker action: 1 food --1x--> 2 victory points
  • Mushrooms are food when placing pheromone tile

Level I (second tile)

Tile art: a worker-action arrow for placing a tunnel, marked 1X; a sword with an arrow to a blue hex with a red X (enemy pheromone), marked 1X.

  • Worker action: place / replace one tunnel (without getting earth)
  • 1 virtual warrior per turn to step on enemy pheromones only

Level II

Tile art: a red X over a cube (no discarding); a sword with an arrow to a spider (prey), marked 1X.

  • Worker action: no discarding of excess cubes this turn
  • 1 virtual warrior per turn to hunt prey only

Level III

Tile art: two cubes; a barrel-shaped piece with an arrow onto the objective atelier space.

  • Worker action: get 2 larvae
  • Possibility to place 2 nurses on the objective atelier space

Notes on the Source

The one-page sheet is shorter than the official French text of the same tiles (myrmes-upgraded-colony.md). Where the two differ, this file follows the sheet as printed:

  • The sheet says "per turn" for the virtual warriors; the French text says "each time a worker is going out."
  • The French text limits the Level II virtual warrior: not during winter and not for opposing pheromones. The sheet has no such limit.
  • The French text says the Level III nurses are placed "on the same space during phase 5." The sheet says only "on the objective atelier space," with no phase or same-space wording.
  • The sheet does not use the grey and white tile-side labels of the French text, and it does not say how a tile is taken or placed.
