Components
- 4 mouthguards (капы), which go in the mouth and make everything harder.
- 51 task cards to be performed.
- 4 Rematch cards («Реванш»), for when a challenge is lost the first time.

Setup
Prepare a sheet of paper and a pen for each player. To keep score, write the names of all players on a separate sheet of paper. Shuffle the task cards and place them on the table as a face-down deck. Give each player one mouthguard and one Rematch card. Place a stopwatch nearby (a phone with a stopwatch will do).
Now you can start playing, glancing at the rules from time to time.
Goal of the Game
You win if, at the end of the game, you have more points than any other player. Points are earned for completing tasks.
How to Put On the Mouthguard
The leaflet shows the mouthguard being put on in three illustrated steps (the illustrations are not transcribed).
Turn
The youngest player takes the top task card from the deck. This player must put on the mouthguard and perform the task. You may choose any task on the card and read it aloud only once. No second attempts!
On the cards you may encounter these types of tasks:
- Red frame: a challenge. Challenge another player. That player must put on a mouthguard. You and that player then try to complete the task written on the card as quickly as possible. The winning player receives the number of points shown on the card.
- Green frame: perform the task written on the card alone. If you complete it, you receive the number of points shown on the card.
- Yellow frame: perform the task written on the card, while the other players write their answer on a sheet of paper. If someone wrote the correct answer, you and all the players who guessed correctly receive the number of points shown on the card.
- Orange frame: all players have the right to shout out one guess, once each. If someone gave the correct answer, you and that player receive the number of points shown on the card.
- Blue frame: perform the task written on the card. The player to your left makes one guess. If the guess is wrong, the next player tries to guess, and so on, until every player has made one guess. If one of the players gave the correct answer, you and that player receive the number of points shown on the card.
- Purple frame: perform the task as indicated on the card.
Rematch
If you lost a challenge (red frame), use a Rematch card and repeat the challenge. The player who wins the repeated challenge receives the number of points shown on the card.
Mouthguard Off
If it is not your turn and nobody has challenged you, you may take off your mouthguard.
Winner
A round ends when every player has taken one card. The game ends after 4 rounds. The player with the most points wins.
Plays Well With
The leaflet, under the games «Бумом» («Boom»), «Пятницей» («Friday») and «Крокодилом» («Crocodile») shown on the page, says: "try explaining words with the mouthguard in."
For hygiene, rinse and dry all mouthguards after every game.
Sample Cards
The sample cards printed on page 2 of the leaflet are reproduced below. Card phrases are translated into English; the Russian original is given in brackets. The number in the circle is the points value.
Red frame (2 points):
- Two players race to eat a spoonful of chocolate paste or honey. The first player to finish the task receives points.
- Ask the player to take a full mouthful of water and try to make them laugh. If the player holds out for 15 seconds, they receive points. If the player spills the water, you receive points.
- Two players place one card on the neck of a bottle. The first player who manages to blow the card off the bottle receives points.
- Choose an opponent. Who can eat a banana faster than the other? The one who finishes first receives points.
Green frame (3 points):
- Leave a voice message for a person you were planning to meet over the weekend.
- Eat a banana without dropping a single piece.
- Eat a carrot without dropping a single piece.
- Rinse your throat with water without spilling a drop.
Yellow frame (1 point):
- Say the phrase: "I don't like chandeliers from Luxembourg." [«Я не люблю люстры из Люксембурга»]
- Look! It's Mickey Mouse. [«Смотрите! Это Микки Маус»]
- Salted beans on puff pastry. [«Солёная фасоль на слоёном тесте»]
- Put a jam doughnut on my plate. [«Положите мне пончик с повидлом»]
Blue frame (1 point):
- Say the phrase: "I wonder what's on your mind?" [«Интересно, что у тебя на уме?»]
- Say the phrase: "Bet on the wrong horse." [«Поставить не на ту лошадь»]
- Say the phrase: "What fell is lost." [«Что упало, то пропало»]
- Say the phrase: "They tore off the nose of curious Varvara at the market." [«Любопытной Варваре на базаре нос оторвали»]
Orange frame (1 point):
- Sit on your hands. Explain the word "pokémon" without speaking. [«покемон»]
- Sit on your hands. Explain the word "boxing" without speaking. [«бокс»]
- Sit on your hands. Explain the word "platypus" without speaking. [«утконос»]
- Sit on your hands. Explain the word "frozen" without speaking. [«замёрзший»]
Purple frame (-1 point):
- Sing the alphabet. Those who laughed (including you) lose 1 point. [«Пропойте буквы алфавита»]
- Sing and dance "The Dance of the Little Ducks." Those who laughed (including you) lose 1 point. [«Танец маленьких утят»]
- Sing and dance "The Macarena." Those who laughed (including you) lose 1 point. [«Макарена»]
- Sing "A Little Christmas Tree Was Born in the Forest." Those who laughed (including you) lose 1 point. [«В лесу родилась ёлочка»]
