Components
50 sturdy double-sided cards showing cute little icons:
- Objects (the side without a frame)
- Traits (the side with a blue frame)
Setup
Shuffle the cards. Each player receives 5 cards and places them in front of themselves with the Objects side up. Place the remaining cards in a pile in the center of the table with the Traits side up (the deck). Take one card from the top of the deck and place it next to the deck; this is the active card.
Gameplay
The youngest player starts the game. Play then passes clockwise.
On their turn, a player looks at the Trait on the active card in the center of the table. If at least one of their cards has this Trait, they take that card and place it on top of the active card with the Trait side up. It becomes the new active card.
EXAMPLE: It is Egor's turn. The Trait on the active card is BLUE. Egor looks at his cards and sees that blue appears on the sock and on the yogurt. He takes the yogurt card and places it on top of the active card with the new Trait side up.
If none of the player's cards has the required Trait, the player takes the top card from the deck. If it has this Trait, the player immediately places it on top of the active card; if not, they add it to their own cards. Then the turn passes to the next player.
EXAMPLE: Masha needs a card with a triangle. None of her cards fits, so she takes a card from the deck. Luckily, she gets the lemon card, which has triangles on it. So she immediately places this card on top of the active card.
Luck Cards
Cards showing a four-leaf clover are called luck cards. A luck card can be played at any time, whatever Trait is shown on the active card.
End of the Game
When a player gets rid of the last of their cards, the game ends and that player is declared the winner.
