Do Team Gears (and the Command Line) reset at the start of each mission?
The rulebook says Team Gears start at zero every Mission; a Riot designer confirmed Command Lines start empty.

Yes — Team Gears start at zero every mission, even though the Gear Ring has an arrow at 1, and every Mech starts a mission with an empty Command Line. You have to earn gears again to switch on your Schematics.
