When does Slot Damage take effect?

As soon as you draw it: you execute its action immediately, then roll for a slot and place it on that slot's stack, so it always hits you at least once even if you repair it right away. Each time that slot comes up in your Command Line afterwards, it executes again until repaired. Glitch damage is just resolved and discarded, never slotted. The rulebook text only mentions the later execution.
