When does Skewer keep its Minion, and what happens to it?

Skewer only gets the Minion shield when its own movement does the stomping — being pushed or moving with another card does not. The Minion stays only if you upgrade with another Skewer; any other card on top, a different-color replacement, or damage landing on the slot removes it. The kill counts on the tracker immediately and gets you toward a Team Gear. You can hold only one Minion on a Skewer at a time.
