Can I repair a Damage Card (for example on a Repair Pad) while I am still resolving it?

Yes. If the damage moved you onto a Repair Pad you can repair it even before it is slotted. But a move, shot or turn already underway still finishes even if the damage that caused it is repaired mid-way; only lava and spikes interrupt a command.
