Does a Minion that spawns on oil slide, and does the Boss slide?
The rulebook says the Boss ignores Oil Slicks; players agree spawning is not movement, so no slide.

A Minion spawned onto oil does not slide until it later moves, since spawning is not movement. The Boss ignores Oil Slicks entirely.
