Is a mission won or lost the moment its objective is met, or only at the end of the turn or round?

The moment it happens, even in the middle of a move or a stack of Damage Cards, unless a mission's dossier says otherwise. A few missions check at the end of a player's turn, but Mission 1 does not: the instant the Bomb touches the Repair Pad you win.
