In what order do Minions attack Mechs and the Bomb, and can one Minion hit several targets?

Players take damage in turn order starting with the First Player, and the Bomb is processed last, after every Mech has finished — so Fuel Tank can still save it. A Minion standing beside several Mechs damages each of them in turn order, unless an earlier Mech's damage or move kills it first. Surviving Minions that are orthogonally adjacent to the Bomb then damage it, even if a Mech is also adjacent.
