Does Memory Core let the team draft more than four cards?

No — the team still picks only four cards. Memory Core only deals extra cards into the draft pool so there is more to choose from, and only while its owner is the First Player. Stacked Memory Cores add more options; the leftover cards are discarded. When the card executes in your Command Line, it just makes you turn.
