Mechs vs. Minions

Does the Boss count as a 'Mech' for card text and game rules?
No. The Boss is not a Mech for the purposes of game instructions, so 'all Mechs' on cards means player Mechs only, and he is not affected by the Mission 10 Repair Pad rule. He also never turns off Rune Shields by stepping on Rune Spaces; only player Mechs do.
