Villain Dashboards and Rules

Each villain in this box uses a Villain Dashboard. The Dashboard carries that villain's Special Rules, its Overflow effect, its BAM! effect and its Villainous Plot track. The Masterplan deck and the Threat cards for that villain follow the Dashboard's rules.

Special Rules: Dormammu can never be damaged. However, he is defeated after his last Masterplan card is resolved. Instead, advance the Ritual Track by the number of Heroes.

BAM!: Deal 2 damage to each Hero in Dormammu's Location.

Overflow: If a Civilian or Thug token can't be added to a Location, increase the Ritual Track by 1 for each token you couldn't add.
