Can I sacrifice Terramorphic Expanse the turn it enters, and does the land it fetches use my land drop?

Yes, you can sacrifice it the turn it enters. The land it fetches is put onto the battlefield, not played, so it does not use your land drop. Playing the Expanse itself did use your drop, though, so you cannot also play another land from hand that turn.
