Setup
Stand all pizza savers upright with their three legs facing downward, and place them in a group at the center of the table. Place the pizza slices next to them so all players can use them. The player who most recently ate pizza becomes the first player.
Play!
On a player's turn, they perform the following two steps in order:
- Place a pizza slice (optional).
- However, the first player who starts the game must place a pizza slice.
- Place a pizza saver (mandatory).
- The player removes one pizza saver and places it on top of a pizza slice.
Pizza Saver Rules
- Pizza savers may only be placed on top of pizza slices, never directly on top of another pizza saver.
- Pizza savers may be placed on any level of the tower.
End of the Game
If someone knocks down the tower, that player loses, and the immediately previous player becomes the winner of the round.
Hard Mode
From the start of the game, pizza savers do not need to stand upright. They may be placed in any orientation—tilted, flipped, slanted—anything is allowed. Stack creatively and freely!
Tower of Pizza Expansion
If you want to build the tower even higher, don't hesitate—order an actual pizza! Take the new pizza savers inside the box (after washing them thoroughly!) and reuse them for tower construction.
This is not just a simple expansion but a small and beautiful act of recycling for the Earth. It is the most delicious way to participate in a circular economy. Your stomach is full, the game continues, and the environment is protected—a perfect victory, and truly a "pizza-like" ending.
