Whenever any player (including you) uses your home building, collect any 1 resource.

The lower-left panel of the card gives two options, separated by "or":

Option 1: + ? (a plus sign followed by the "?" icon) per player on their opponent's building.
Also: They also get + ? (the same plus and "?" icon, printed once more in the same panel).
Option 2: Buy a building (the "$" coin icon followed by the building icon).

Notes on the panel:

The "?" icon is printed on the card without a number. The card does not state a quantity beyond the icon, so the transcription keeps the icon as printed rather than supplying a number.
The German side reads the first option as "Pro Spieler, der momentan das Startgebäude eines Mitspielers besetzt" ("per player who currently occupies another player's starting building") and the second as "Kaufe ein Gebäude" ("Buy a building"). The German side has no "They also get + ?" line; the English side does. The English text is transcribed as printed.
The card's ability says "home building" (English) and "Startgebäude" (German, "starting building"). The base Harbour rulebook calls this the Starting Building.
