Does Accept the Blow involve rolling dice, and can it trigger a Master's darkness penalty?

Question

Accepted Answer

No roll happens — it counts as failing without a roll, so no darkness appears and a darkness-gated Master penalty does not trigger. You still suffer the challenge's own forced penalty.
