Do I have to move outbid workers right away, and does moving them use my turn?
Several experienced players agree, and the rulebook says outbid workers can be moved elsewhere.

Moving outbid workers is your action for that turn, but you need not do it immediately. They can wait, still counting as outbid, until a later turn in the season; any left over go behind your screen at season end.
