Victorius – The Swordsman (Karak 2 version)

In the depths beneath Karak Castle, Victorius learned just how selfish his motivation was to fight for the Dragon Ruby. In his quest to win the affections of a beautiful princess, he had almost forgotten his main mission in this world – to protect those who cannot defend themselves. So now he roams the villages around the castle, trying to prepare their inhabitants for the upcoming battle. Taste the swords, raise the shields, draw the bows! Each and every one of you is a hero at heart, and what we need today are heroic deeds! Let us stand together against the enemies and drive them back into the darkness!

Mount: Horse

Abilities:

  • Unstoppable: If Victorius doesn't roll a skull on any of his dice when fighting a monster army, he gains an extra action (including associated movement, if needed) after the battle. He may use this action in any way he wishes and may even fight a second battle, if possible. However, this ability can be used only once per turn.
  • Militia: When Recruiting Units, Victorius always Recruits two Units of the same type for the price of one. However, the total number of Units in his army can still not exceed his glory level.

Note: The promo set does not include a Hero die for Victorius. In play, use any of the non-playing Hero's dice as a substitute.

Darius – The Scout (Karak version)

Darius is a young warrior, belonging to a fierce tribe from a distant jungle. He has journeyed to the depths of Karak Castle to take the tribe's coming-of-age test, which will prove if he is worthy to be called a warrior. Only if he succeeds in this test and proves that he can face tough challenges will he be able to stand proudly alongside the most revered warriors.

Abilities:

  • Critical Hit: If he rolls two equal or two consecutive numbers on his dice during combat, he adds +2 to the result of the roll.
    • Example: If he rolls a 3 and a 3 on the dice, his total attack power is 3+3+2=8; if he rolls a 4 and a 5, his total attack power is 4+5+2=11.
  • Exploration: Instead of taking one movement step, Darius may take one catacomb tile for his personal supply without showing the other players what is on the tile. He may have up to 3 catacomb tiles in his supply. When entering an undiscovered area, he may then either add a tile from the common supply according to the normal rules or use one of the tiles from his personal supply in its place.

Note: Once all the catacomb tiles from the common supply are gone, other players may place tiles from Darius' personal supply (without looking at the face of the tiles first).
