How does the Cultural Production +2 supremacy bonus work?

The +2 is only a virtual bonus used to decide who gets the Supremacy token; you do not gain extra cubes. If you advance the marker after Yellow production has been declared, it does not change the Yellow count but can count for later steps such as Blue.
