Components

  • 12 Development cards: the exclusive Development cards offered during the Kickstarter campaign. They are homages to other board games.
  • 5 Empire cards on sides C and D (see below).
  • 5 plastic bowls.
  • 1 round-tracker wooden token.
  • 5 saving folders.

The bowls, the round-tracker token and the saving folders have no rules text.

Using the Empire cards (sides C and D)

Translated from the publisher FAQ, item 3.

  • These Empire cards can be played in place of the base Empire cards (sides A and B). Choose one side. All players play with the same side.

Side C

  • The Empire has no starting production, but it gives 5 Krystallium from the start of the game. Krystallium can be used at any time.
  • Note: the English printed rules on the side C card call this resource "gems". The rules for side C are catalogued separately (see the Table of Contents).

Side D

  • Each Empire has a production that is different from the production of the other Empires.
  • The Empire gives no starting scoring.
  • Gap: the side D card faces and their printed production values were not available to the transcriber, so the per-Empire production is not transcribed here. The FAQ text above is the only rules text found for side D.

Using the 12 exclusive Development cards

Translated from the publisher FAQ, item 4.

  • Add the 12 exclusive Development cards to the draw pile of the base game. Their value is balanced against the rest of the game.
  • Card names (from the card photograph): Analysis Paralysis; 1-Seat Barque; 2-Seat Barque; 3-Seat Barque; Residential Area (x2); Union Pacific Express (x2); De Profundis; Shelter 21; Terraformation; Levitation.
  • Gap: the individual card values (costs, points and production icons) are not transcribed here. They are printed on the cards themselves, and the card photograph is not legible enough to read them reliably.
