Council Assembly
Ratsversammlung (German) / Raadsvergadering (Dutch)
During each production phase, you all decide together whether each of you places 1 pink meeple on this tile.
If everyone has agreed, each of you places 1 pink meeple here and then draws 1 Volk card of your own people.
Then return all pink meeples to the general supply.
Dutch printed text (for comparison)
During each production phase, the players may decide to each place 1 pink meeple on this card.
If everyone decides to do this and places 1 pink meeple on this card, each player may draw 1 VOLK card.
Note: the Dutch side differs from the German side in two places. The German text makes the draw a Volk card of the player's own people and includes the final step of returning all pink meeples to the general supply; the Dutch text says "may draw 1 VOLK card" and has no return step. The German text is transcribed as the primary rule above.
