Setup: Italian Breeds
To play with the Hen cards from the Italian Breeds expansion, replace the Hen breeds present in the base game with those of the corresponding colour from this expansion.

Note: the first row's breed names do not print legibly on the insert. The sourcer identified this row as Barnevelder → Robusta Lionata (purple), but that pairing is not confirmed from the printed page and should be checked against the physical insert before relying on it.
Goal Cards
The Italian Breeds expansion includes 2 new Goal cards. You may use these Goal cards with this expansion and/or with the base game.
Goal Card 1
Top Goal: 1 VP for each Hen card adjacent to a Chicken Coop. A Hen card can be counted multiple times for different Chicken Coops.
Bottom Goal: 5 VPs if you have a column with Hen cards that has exactly 2 medals each.
Goal Card 2
Top Goal: 4 VPs if you have a row with Hen cards that has exactly 1 medal each.
Bottom Goal: 3 VPs for each group containing 4 or more hens, in your barnyard.
