Table of Contents
Components
- 21 letter tokens
- 6 symbol dice
- 90 victory crystals
- 6 cardboard screens
- 1 hourglass (sand timer)
- 1 notepad
- Rules
Each player also needs a pencil or pen.
Setup
Each player takes a screen, a sheet from the notepad, and a pencil or pen.
Place your screen in front of you so that it hides your sheet from the other players. Shuffle the letter tokens and stack them face down on the table. Place the dice and the victory crystals within reach. Place the hourglass in the centre of the table.
Game Flow
The youngest player starts the game. Play then passes clockwise.
On your turn, roll all 6 dice at the same time. Then choose one of the symbols that came up and place the die showing that symbol in front of you on the table. Do not turn the die until the end of the round. The next player clockwise then chooses a die, and so on, until every player has taken one die. If there are fewer than 6 players, set the remaining dice aside; you will not need them until the end of the round.
The meanings of the symbols are given on the screens and in the Symbols section at the end of these rules.
After every player has chosen a die, turn over the top letter token and turn the hourglass.
Now players have 90 seconds to write down words that relate to the symbol on their die and begin with the letter on the turned token. Players may also write down words relating to the symbols of other players.
How many words may be written?
For your own symbol, you may write no more than 3 words.
For opponents' symbols, you may write as many words as there are players in the game. For example, in a four-player game, a total of no more than 4 words is allowed for opponents' symbols. Each player decides for themselves whether to write words for one or several opponents' symbols.
Example: Lev wrote the maximum number of words for his symbol "Car" (3). For the symbols of the three other players he also wrote the maximum number of words (4).
Time's Up
As soon as the sand runs out of the top of the hourglass, the first player of the round begins again. On their turn, a player reads out only the words they wrote for their own symbol.
If any other player wrote the same word for that symbol, that player must say so immediately, and the active player must cross that word off their sheet. The active player does not score points for that word.
For each word that no other player has written for that symbol, the active player receives one victory crystal.
Then the next player clockwise reads out their words, and so on, until every player has read out the words for their chosen symbol and received their victory crystals for them.
You receive victory crystals only for words for your own symbol, and only if no other player wrote the same words for your symbol.
Continuing the Game
After all players have read out their words, a new round begins. The first player of the new round is the player to the left of the previous round's first player. Continue playing by the rules in the Game Flow section.
End of the Game
The game ends as soon as at least one player has collected 15 victory crystals. The player with the most victory crystals wins. If several players are tied, they all are declared winners.

Game Variants
Variant 1: At the start of the round, first turn over the letter token, and only then roll the dice. Then, in clockwise order, each player chooses one die. The game then continues as described above.
Variant 2: Players may choose dice simultaneously. Who will be the first to grab the easiest symbol, by general agreement?
