Card: Tour de contrôle de Rudolph
The card is shown in the photo as two printings:
- Card name: TOUR DE CONTRÔLE DE RUDOLPH ("Rudolph's Control Tower"), printed at the top of the card on the right-hand printing.
- Card art: Rudolph the reindeer looking out of a tower, with Santa Claus in his sleigh above and a wreath beside the tower.
- Cost indicators (left-hand printing only): a green house icon with the number 2, and an orange castle icon with the number 2.
- Buildings icon: the Happy City Buildings card icon appears in the rules text of both printings.
Card Effect
The card has one effect, which triggers at the end of the game.
End of game: draw 3 Buildings cards and take one of them for free. The card you take is added to your city. An 11th card is allowed for this purpose.
This is the same effect worded differently: "At the end of the game, draw 3 Buildings cards and add one of them to your city for free, even if it is an 11th card."
Notes on the Card
- The 11th card: the base rules say a player can never play an 11th city card, and that the game ends once a player puts down their 10th card. This card's text explicitly allows the 11th card to be taken, and it is the only exception to that limit described on the card.
- Timing: the effect is an end-of-game effect. It is resolved when the game ends, as the card's text states.
- Card icons: the Buildings icon refers to the Buildings card decks of the base game. The cost indicators on the left-hand printing are recorded as printed; the card's text does not state how they are used.
- Card back: not rules text and not transcribed.
