Scenario Goals
The scenario is complete when all characters escape. At the end of that round, read the conclusion to the right.
Layout note: "to the right" and "Section 1 to the right" refer to the printed sheet's columns. The Conclusion is printed in the right-hand column, Section 1 in the centre column.
Section Links
When door 1 is opened, read Section 1 to the right.
Special Rules
Each jolly boat cable has (L+2)xC hit points. When both are destroyed, the hex marked a on the map becomes an escape hex.
If any character becomes exhausted, the scenario is lost.
Section 1
Across the deck of the ship, you see your salvation: the jolly boat. The surviving fishers are already climbing aboard, but they seem to be having trouble with the release mechanism. You'll just have to release the cables the old-fashioned way, and you'll be damned if you don't make some of these Abael regret their actions in the process.
Conclusion
Transcription note: the PDF's text layer spells this heading "Conculsion"; the printed heading reads "Conclusion", which is what is transcribed here.
Well, it wasn't exactly a good day, but you're alive, and plenty of your attackers aren't, so it certainly could have been worse.
As you set about the arduous task of rowing the jolly boat back toward Frosthaven, you take a look at the fishing vessel, now fully destroyed by the remaining Abaeli. They don't look particularly happy, but it appears they've decided not to follow you, instead content with getting their fish back.
It looks like it's going to be another lean supper back at the outpost. And you'll need to build a new boat.
