Set Up

Take all the body pieces out of the box and place them in the centre of the table, accessible to all the players.

Shuffle each type of pattern cards separately and deal one of each facing up to each player.

How to Play

To be able to create our monster, the first thing to do is to find the suitable pieces. Each player shall take theirs.

Once we have all the body pieces, we take the thread and... let's sew!

We shall join the pieces together in a way that the thread at the top seam coincides with our card pattern. We can pass the thread up to 3 times through the same hole. Look the pattern closely and make sure that there aren't more or fewer threads.

End of the Game

When a player has finished their monster shouts "It's alive!".

The rest of the players check the seams and, if they are correct, that player is awarded Student of the Month.

However, if there's any mistake, the game continues and the player shall fix the possible errors.

Solo Mode

Set an alarm to ring in 5 minutes and try to put your creature together as fast as possible.

If you made it, reduce in 30 seconds the time you needed to make it and try again. If you couldn't make it, increase in 30 seconds your target time and try again.

Difficulty

Three difficulty levels are printed, each shown with a row of thread-spool icons (three spools per level): Normal, Advanced and Expert.

(We recommend not to use the expert level cards in the first games. You can pass the thread up to 4 times through the same hole.)
