Card Layout
The printed card shows two cards side by side:
- Arctic Fox (Песец, left half): cost 2 (top-left box). Orange tree-colour emblem in the top-right corner, shaped like an oak leaf.
- Sable (Соболь, right half): cost 1 (top-left box). Blue emblem in the top-right corner. The card does not name this colour.
Each half carries an animal-type icon (a paw) on its name bar. The name bar of the Arctic Fox also shows a small figure "5+1" at its right, and the Sable's shows a small figure "1". The card code "P016" is printed at the top right of the Sable half.
Arctic Fox (Песец)
Left half of the card. Cost 2. Pawed animal (paw icon on the name bar).
Points: Two scoring lines are printed.
- A white tile showing 1, followed by "for each Hare" [за каждого Зайца].
- 2 acorns, followed by "for each Hare" [за каждого Зайца].
The card does not say in words what the white tile means. The tile is transcribed as printed; no rule is inferred from it beyond the printed "for each Hare". The acorn is the scoring currency that the base game counts as points (see the Roseate Spoonbill card for the same convention).
Sable (Соболь)
Right half of the card. Cost 1. Pawed animal (paw icon on the name bar).
Points: One scoring line is printed: 3 acorns multiplied by a pawed animal icon (paw), that is, 3 points for each pawed animal icon in your forest. The card shows the multiplication sign "×" between the acorns and the paw icon.
Card Notes
- The illustrator credits printed on each half ("Иллюстрация" lines) are attribution and are not transcribed.
- The card code "P016" and the small figures at the right of each name bar ("5+1" and "1") are printed reference marks; they have no rules text on the card and are not transcribed as rules.
- The top-left numbers (2 and 1) are the costs printed on the card. The card does not spell out the cost rule; the base game's rules apply.
- Not settled by the printed card: the card does not say whether the Arctic Fox or the Sable counts its own paw icon in the "for each" or "× paw" scoring. The base rulebook's wording for animal icons is not printed on this card, so no ruling is added here.
- The card back is not part of this scan. Only the front (both halves) was available.
