Object
Shoot hoops head-to-head! First player to score 5 points wins.
Get Ready
- Sit on opposite sides of the Foosketball court, behind the baskets.
- Start with 5 balls behind each gate. It doesn't matter who starts with the golden ball.
Hold! Hold the handles gently with your fingertips for easy turning.
Play
- Lift both gates at once to release all the balls.
- Then lower the gates back into place.
- Go head-to-head, using your handles to pick up and throw balls into your opponent's basket. (See Shooting.) You can also try to block each other's shots!
- If you score a basket, leave that ball behind the gate. The orange balls are worth 1 point. The golden ball is worth 2 points.
- Keep playing until one of you scores 5 points!
Shooting
- Use both handles to grab a ball.
- Turn both handles backward to raise the ball up and behind your figure's head.
- Carefully balance the ball in your figure's right (raised) hand while lowering their left hand.
- Use the right handle to bring the right hand back a little more, then quickly twist the handle forward to fling the ball.
Tips
- Use your figure's right hand to pull balls toward you.
- Try to block your opponent's shots by throwing balls at the same time they do.
- When your opponent has a ball ready to launch in their right hand, hit their left hand to try to knock the ball out.
Win
First player to score 5 points wins! (Remember, the golden ball is worth 2 points.)
Another Way to Play
Remove the gates and play with just one ball on the court. Decide how many points to play to. Whoever reaches that score first wins!
