Objective

Drop your cards into the playing area to form patches containing green flowers (worth points) and more of your flowers than your opponents! And, to have fun while doing so. Fun is important.

Setup

Each player takes 10 cards of a color (Pink, White, Blue, Grey, or Orange). Take the four start cards (with 5 green flowers on both sides) and scatter them across the play area. They play area can be anything! For beginners a table is best. Pick a starting player, and set any unused cards aside.

Gameplay

On your turn, take the top card of your deck, hold it at about eye-level above the play area, and then let go. It may land on other cards and cover up flowers. You may have either side face up when you drop it. Continue taking turns until all players have dropped all ten of their flower cards.

Scoring

Each 'patch' (A continuous region of green background, as viewed from above), is worth points equal to the number of green flowers in it. The player with the most flowers in a patch scores it. In a tie, no player receives points. A flower counts if you can see any part of its yellow center from above.

The player with the most points is declared Champion of Flowers! If multiple players are tied, the closest to the start player wins.

Scoring Example

This area is divided into two main patches. Blue scores the left for 4 points, and Orange scores the right for 3. There are also two 0 point patches.
