Components and Setup

• 6 Tenders-tokens
• 8 Markers (2 for each colour)

You take the 2 markers of your colour.

Lay out the 6 tenders in a row beginning with number 1.

Note: You have to pay attention to lay out the tenders face up (showing number 1 in the centre of the card).

Gameplay

Tenders are laid out for all players. That means each player has the possibility to win a tender receiving a certain bonus. However, you never take the tenders.

• Each tender has two requirements. You have to fulfil at least one requirement in order to win the tender. Then, you will get a bonus.

• All tenders are double-sided. The requirements are always the same on both sides, only the bonus is different. The card face-up shows the bonus you can get when you are the first player to win the tender.

  When you are the first player to win the tender you take the bonus and turn the tender face-down. All other players will only get the bonus depicted on this side of the token.

  • Front: Bonus for the first player.
  • Back: Bonus for all other players.

• You can win tenders either before or after your regular action as well as during the scoring phase (pages 13 and 14 of the basic rules).

  You mark the tenders with one of your markers in order to indicate that you have already won this tender. You can only win each tender once.

  When you win the tender you will get the bonus immediately. If you cannot use all parts of the bonus they will expire.

  Note: If you have both of your markers in use you cannot win any tender. You can only fulfil the requirements and win a tender when you have at least one marker available (see below).

End of a Round

At the end of a round one tender is removed from the game. After the first round the tender showing number 1, after the second round the token showing number 2, and so on.

When a tender is removed from the game, all markers on top of the token have to be taken back by the corresponding players. They are now available again.
